General questions

How long will it take to have my suit or garment made?

It is advisable to allow eight to twelve weeks.

What are your standard terms of payment?

We require a 50% deposit on taking an order for a bespoke suit or garment. The balance is due on delivery of the finished item.

What do your prices start at for a bespoke suit?

Our prices start at £4,425 inclusive of VAT for a two piece, £4,925 inclusive of VAT for a three piece and £1,500 inclusive of VAT for an extra pair of trousers. Please note that we advise our non-UK resident customers to consult their local tax and customs authorities regarding VAT pay­ments and import duties.

What is your house style?

We are known for the clean, slim silhouettes of our suits.

What is the process?

During your first visit you will meet our customer adviser who will help you select your cloth and trimmings and discuss the style of suit or garment that you would like. You will then be intro­duced to our head cutter who will take your measurements, further discuss and advise on the fine detail of the tailoring you require and give you an approximate date for your first fitting.

How many times will I need to visit you to have my suit made?

New customers need to visit us a minimum of two times for fittings. We don’t generally need to undertake more than three fittings, and with return customers we often require just the one.

Do you hold some examples of your tailoring that I can try and look at before I order?

We have a number of examples of our tailoring at our Bespoke shop that you are very welcome to try on and inspect.

How many clothes do you hold that I can choose from?

We have samples of over 15,000 fine quality cloths of every style and weight.

Do I need to make an appointment?

It is highly advisable to make an appointment, but we always do our utmost to accommodate any customers who pass by without one.

What are your opening hours?

The Bespoke shop is open from 10am until 6pm on Monday to Saturday
